Zhongjiao Aosen Chunxiao is a high-end residential community located in Changping District, Beijing, developed by China Communications Properties. Positioned as a high-quality ecological residential community near Olympic Forest Park, the project focuses on creating a low-carbon, healthy and warm community living environment for urban families. Our team delivered a full set of customized residential outdoor playground equipment and integrated landscape play solutions for the community’s core outdoor activity area. Different from municipal public parks, residential community playgrounds require higher landscape integration, family-friendly design and low-noise safe gameplay. We adopted full unpowered outdoor playground equipment for this project, abandoning electric amusement facilities. The customized outdoor play system perfectly combines high-end residential landscape aesthetics, parent-child interaction and daily leisure needs. It effectively fills the gap of high-quality supporting activity spaces in luxury residential communities and becomes a core highlight of the community’s living experience upgrade.
